1. Acceptance of Operational Terms
By registering your organization profile and utilizing our procurement matching portal, you agree to submit only verified regulatory parameters (Commercial Registrations, Municipal licensing indices, and corporate parameters).
2. Profile Classification & ICV Audits
Maple & Sand reserves the right to index, categorize, and benchmark submitted supplier and contractor profiles within our secure platform. We do not guarantee selection for external tenders but ensure standardized cataloging to help buyers evaluate capability and local content.
3. Buyer/Supplier Communication Code
Users of our platform and matched queues must maintain verified business credentials and conform to regional procurement codes of conduct. Spamming counterparties or using aggregated directories for unrelated marketing is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitations of Platform Services
While our platform is designed to provide secure, reliable uptime, services are provided 'as-is'. Regional commodities price index estimates (Steel, Cement) represent monthly benchmark averages and do not represent binding contract pricing.
